DR. LINDA GENG
Family Dentist
I graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2009 and have loved working and living here in beautiful Calgary ever since. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide both immediate relief for walk-in patients in pain, and collaborating with my regular patients to build a long term plan customized to their needs. I love seeing patients of all ages; one of the best things about my job is building relationships with the families in our practice and watching them grow and evolve over the years!
One of the most satisfying aspects of my work is community service. Our team volunteers with The Alex and CUPS to provide free dental work for Calgarians in need. We support communities near and far throughout the year with organizations such as the Wildwood School, Seniors Secret Service, WINS, Samaritan's Purse and the World Partnership Walk.
Outside of work, you'll find me making the most of our days off with my husband and two young children...exploring the city, enjoying different cuisines, and dancing up a storm at Zumba!
DR. LARRY STANLEIGH
Family Dentist
I have enjoyed General Practice Dentistry for over 30 years. The broad scope of what I have to know and do suits my personality well. Success is based on the relationships we build, and we can only build relationships in health care that are based on trust. These are the building blocks to ensuring I help you achieve health that is comfortable, affordable and long lasting.
My primary focus in dentistry today is the examination, diagnosis and treatment of orofacial pain and TMJ dysfunction primarily from trauma, but general practice dentistry is still the foundation upon which I am able to do everything else.
Outside of dentistry, I am married to Tina and I have two amazing daughters. I am a keynote speaker, I work with the worlds elite athletes to improve sports performance, am an award winning writer/blogger, voice actor in the comedy podcast “No Shirt, No Shoes, Pants Optional”, producer of a graphic novel project “USNA: United States of North America” (usna.ca), sponsor the High School Theatersports Championship at Loose Moose Theater, avid science fiction and fantasy fan, and love to run, cycle, ski and be outside.
DR. LIZ KEMP
Family Dentist
Hi, I’m Dr Liz Kemp and graduated from Griffith University Faculty of Dentistry on the Gold Coast, Australia in 2014. I practiced dentistry in Australia before my fiancé and I decided to move to Canada in 2017. We originally moved to Regina but have settled in Calgary and love everything about this city! Whilst we do miss our Aussie beaches and coffee, we love calling Calgary home and exploring the mountains in both summer and winter. We recently welcomed a baby boy who keeps us very busy!
I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and believe in a preventive focused style of practicing. I have a particular interest in restorative and paediatric dentistry and take great satisfaction in making people feel comfortable in the dental chair. I look forward to joining the Wildwood Dental family!
STACIE
Team Lead
Stacie is a true Calgarian. She moved to Medicine Hat for 12 years but couldn’t stay away. She has been in the dental field for 20 years, first as an assistant and then moving to an administrative role after her son was born. She enjoys getting to know the patients personally and building positive relationships in the community. She feels blessed to work with such an amazing team! When she’s not working, you’ll find her coaching boot camp, doing CrossFit, spending time with family or reading!
CAROL
Administrator
Carol was born in Edmonton and moved to Calgary when her husband was transferred. She had worked in retail before starting her career in dental administration. She enjoys cooking, baking and gardening in the summer. She likes curling up with a good book but her favourite is spending time with her family. What Carol likes most about Wildwood Dental is the great relationships with the patients and the wonderful and caring team.
ALEXIS
Administrator
Hello, I am Alexis. I’ve known that I wanted to be in the dental industry since I was a little girl. I have a love for smiles, a gift for gab and laughter is my medicine. In my free time, I enjoy going to music events, dancing, camping and travelling. I believe that patient relations, customer service and quality work are the forefronts for a great dental office. I have been in the dental industry since 2009. I’m very excited to join the Wildwood Dental team and I look forward to meeting and building a relationship with our patients.
ROBIN
Dental Hygienist
Robin was born in Calgary and has lived here most of her life. She went to the University of Alberta to take Dental Hygiene and graduated in 1985. She still loves doing it as much as she did in the beginning. Robin has 2 grown children, likes to bake cookies, work in her garden and read books in her spare time. She also loves all kinds of music and you often hear her humming as she works. Robin’s favourite thing about working at Wildwood Dental is the great people she works with and the great patients she sees daily.
KELLY
Dental Hygienist
Kelly was born in Jamaica and has been living in Calgary for over 11 years. On her spare time she enjoys going to the movies and travelling. Her favourite places were Japan and Turkey. What she likes about working with the TREC Group is that it feels like a family. She loves the relationships that are built with coworkers and patients.
SHARLENE
Dental Assistant
Sharlene was born and raised in Lloydminster, Sk. She moved to Edmonton after graduating from high school to complete the Dental Assistant’s course at N.A.I.T. She is a member of the Alberta Dental Assistants Association and the C.A.D.A. Sharlene has worked as a registered dental assistant for 30+ years. Most of those years she has worked alongside Dr. Larry Stanleigh. Outside of work Sharlene enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing the piano, singing in a church choir, long walks with friends, and good food.
KATHERINE
Dental Assistant
Katherine graduated from dental assisting at Holland College in Prince Edward Island. She moved to Calgary in 2012, where she started as a sterilization assistant for 4 years while she upgraded her skills to work as an RDA in Alberta; and has been working as a full-time RDA for 3 years now. She likes working at Wildwood Dental because everyone works together well as a team! When she is not working, she likes to go to the gym and relax!
